Community Preservation Committee <br /> Minutes <br /> August 14, 200 <br /> Present: Diane l omrnelmeyer, Ed Larkin, Beverly Dane, Richard Halpern, <br /> Evelyn Buschenfeldt, Gus Frederick <br /> Absent: Wayne Taylor, Paula Peters, Ralph Shaw <br /> Meeting Called to Order by vice-Chairman Rommelmeyer at <br /> 6:08 p.m. Town Hall, Conference Room#1 <br /> MINUTES.; F <br /> Tuesday, June 121 2007—Regular Session: <br /> The minutes were amended to reflect on page 2 under the topic <br /> Deliberations;to read; review of the CPA projects to be considered for the <br /> October 2007 Ton fleeting. And also on page ; typo first paragraph to <br /> read: negotiations. <br /> Motion made by Mr. Lamin to approve the Regular Session <br /> Minutes of-Tuesday,June 1 ,2007 as amended. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. 14alpern. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. <br /> Annual Reqpyointments.. <br /> The Board of Selectmen previously approved the reappointment of the <br /> above referenced CPC Committee members for a term to expire 6/30/08. <br /> Members of the CPC Committee signed the Town Clerk"s record booklet. <br /> Those not in attendance 'are encouraged to execute the document. <br /> CPA Projects Approved—October 2006 Town Meeting. <br /> Quashnet School—Helping Hands Plarund; <br /> final payment requisition in the amount of$11,988 payable to M.E. <br /> O'Brien.& Sons was presented to the Committee for approval. The <br /> $45,000 project approved at the October 2006 Tom Meeting is deemed <br /> complete. <br />
