Community Preservation Committee Minutes August 14, 200 Present: Diane l omrnelmeyer, Ed Larkin, Beverly Dane, Richard Halpern, Evelyn Buschenfeldt, Gus Frederick Absent: Wayne Taylor, Paula Peters, Ralph Shaw Meeting Called to Order by vice-Chairman Rommelmeyer at 6:08 p.m. Town Hall, Conference Room#1 MINUTES.; F Tuesday, June 121 2007—Regular Session: The minutes were amended to reflect on page 2 under the topic Deliberations;to read; review of the CPA projects to be considered for the October 2007 Ton fleeting. And also on page ; typo first paragraph to read: negotiations. Motion made by Mr. Lamin to approve the Regular Session Minutes of-Tuesday,June 1 ,2007 as amended. Motion seconded by Mr. 14alpern. VOTE: Unanimous. Annual Reqpyointments.. The Board of Selectmen previously approved the reappointment of the above referenced CPC Committee members for a term to expire 6/30/08. Members of the CPC Committee signed the Town Clerk"s record booklet. Those not in attendance 'are encouraged to execute the document. CPA Projects Approved—October 2006 Town Meeting. Quashnet School—Helping Hands Plarund; final payment requisition in the amount of$11,988 payable to M.E. O'Brien.& Sons was presented to the Committee for approval. The $45,000 project approved at the October 2006 Tom Meeting is deemed complete.
