W TOWN OF MASIEE COMMUNITY PRESERVATION COMMITTEE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Community Preservation Committee of the To rn,of Ma.shpee hereby gives notice of a Public Dearing to be held on Tuesday, September 11, 2007 at :00 p.m. in conference room#1 of the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road Forth, Mashpee. The prose of this hearing is to conduct a public informational meeting as directed by the Community Preservation Committee bylaw on the needs,possibilities and resources of the town as they relate to historic preservation, recreation, affordable housing and open space. At this hearing, information about application procedures for funding of projects at the Annual Town Meeting in May of 2008 from the Community Preservation Fund will be provided, and responses to questions from interested parties will be given. Also,the Community Preservation Committee will accept any written or oral testimony about needs, possibilities and resources from the public, from interested town departments, boards and eon hittees or from town officials.
