Halpern, <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. <br /> Ms. l ommelmeyer abstained. <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Comment: <br /> Gerald Umina was in attendance on behalf of Algonquin Investment Trust . <br /> to determine if the Coni ti iunity Preservation Committee has an interest in <br /> 5 <br /> reconsidering the open space purchase of approximately 7 acres of land on <br /> Payamps Road, Mashpee, Mr. Umina met before the CPC Committee on <br /> two occasions seeking consideration to purchase the subject $700,000 <br /> property with CPQ. Bunds. <br /> Discussion followed with regards to an appraisal that is necessary to b <br /> submitted with the application for consideration at the October 2009 Town <br /> Meeting. As a result of budgetary constraints,the CPC Committee <br /> indicated that the project would most likely not be recommended at this <br /> time. <br /> Review of CPA Projects Considered for Mgy 2008 Town Meeting. <br /> The CPC Committee conducted a review of fhe following applications <br /> considered for the May 2008 Annual Town Meeting. <br />
