The program would also stmt as a one-year program to aide . <br /> approximately 5 to 10 farilies. <br /> Leila Botsford---Update on Breegy.Acres Expansion Proms <br /> The CPC Committee was in receipt of correspondence from the <br /> Department of Mousing and Community Development I C ) dated <br /> October 3 o, 2007 relative to an ward o 100,000 to fund <br /> predevelopment costs necessary to prepare for bid,the Breezy Acres <br /> Expansion Project, The award is conditioned on obtaining a standard <br /> written commitment from the Departrnent of Mental Retardation t <br /> provide the necessary on-site service for the group home. <br /> Community Preservation Act(CPQ.) funds in the amount of$450,000 <br /> have been committed to the Mashpee Housing Authority to fund Phase I <br /> and Phase II of the affordable housing project. For ease of construction <br /> and to reduce cost constraints,the phases were combined for the <br /> • development of two two-bedroom.�family housing units and a four to five <br /> bedroom hone for people with mental retardation. <br /> Vis. Botsford indicated she would update the Cottee on the progress <br /> of the intended project. <br />
