Halpern to approve the minutes of Tuesday, <br /> June 10,2008 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by lir. Shaw. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Hearin —Informational Meetiniz for l rla. 2009 t'ro' ts: <br /> Ed Larkin, Community Preservation Committee Clerk opened the Public <br /> Hearing to conduct a public informational meeting on the reeds" <br /> possibilities, and resources of the torn as they relate to historic <br /> preservation, recreation,, affordable housing and open space. <br /> The hearing notice was read aloud in accordance with posting <br /> requirements. At this hearing, information relative to application <br /> procedures for the funding of projects at the Annual Town Meeting in <br /> May of 2009 from the Community preservation Fund was provided. <br /> Applications are available,ire the Office of the hoard of Sele trnen and on <br /> the Town's website; v v .ei.mash ee.mams. <br /> The following projects have been approved by the Community <br /> Preservation Committee and appropriated at their respective Town <br /> Meetings; <br />
