4 • <br /> 2 <br /> Conununity Preservation Committee <br /> Minutes <br /> March 9,, 2010 <br /> Present: Wayne Taylor,Richard Halpern, Ralph Shaw, <br /> Diane Rom melmeyer, Tom O'Hara <br /> Absent: Ed Larkin, Evelyn Buschenfeldt,Frank Lora <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Taylor at 6:05 p.m. <br /> Town Hall, Conference Room#1 <br /> MINUTES: <br /> Tuesday, puaa2,.2 1 <br /> Motion made by Ms. Rommelmeyer to approve the minutes o <br /> Tuesday,January 12,2010 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. Shaw. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Hearing Application Process for October 20 10 Town Meet g= <br /> The Community Preservation Committee (CPQ}opened the Public <br /> Hearing for the purpose of conducting an informational me tmng as <br /> directed by the Community Preservation Committee bylaw on the needs, <br /> Possibilities and resources of the town as they gelate to historic <br /> preservation,recreation, affordable housing and opera space. <br /> The Hearing notice as published was read aloud into the record. Due to <br /> budgetary constraints, it was announced the CPC would be considering <br /> smaller prof ect applications for recommendation to the October 2010 <br /> Town Meeting. <br /> Being no coni-lent,the CPC Committee motioned to close the Public <br /> Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Ms. Rommelmeyer to close the Public Nearing, <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. O'Hara. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
