Community Preservation Committee <br /> Minutes <br /> March 9, 2010 <br /> Deliberation: (continued) <br /> Habitat for HumaWAy 3,Aordable Homes <br /> The CPC reviewed the application received from Habitat for Humanity for <br /> $75,,000 to assist in the development of 3 affordable hones at the <br /> following locations: 67 Fox Hill Road, 19 Lakewood Drive and 44 <br /> Timberlane Drive. The CPA grant award would be used $25,000 per <br /> hone to defray costs associated to the overall building projects. <br /> It was disclosed that all hones have frontage on paved roads. For <br /> informational purposes, it was disclosed that fire apparatus and <br /> subdivisions require paved roads in the matter of public safety. <br /> Motion made by Mr. Shaw to.approve the application of Habitat for <br /> Humanity; $75,000 to assist in the development of 3 homes; $25,000 <br /> each,as referenced to recommend.for CPA funding at the May 20 10 <br /> Town Meeting. <br /> Motion seconded by FIs,Rornmelmeyer. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Financial Overview: <br /> Upon approval of the above named project, the reserve balances were <br /> disclosed; <br /> Reserve Balances Update: <br /> Open Space; $301,074.63 <br /> Historical; $176,324.63 <br /> Affordable Housing: .$226,074.63 <br />
