3 <br /> Community Preservation Act Cottee <br /> Minutes <br /> September 2 1,2010 <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND A GS: <br /> Public Heaxing.—_Application Procedures for May 2011 Town Meet <br /> (continued) <br /> To be eligible for CPA finding in May of 2011,the deadline for <br /> application submission is Monday,November 1, 201 . <br /> The hearing was opened to solicit comment.. <br /> A member of the Affordable Housing Committee was in attendance to <br /> listen to the application process for CPA funding. <br /> A CPA member asked if appropriate use of CPA funds could be <br /> considered for the Town Archives to support document storage and <br /> climate control to preservq Town records. In response, it was noted the <br /> preservation and restoration of historic documents would qualify for CPA <br /> fanding. <br /> Being no mer comment,the Committee motioned to close the Public <br /> Hearing, <br /> Motion made by Mr. Larkin to close the Pu licearning. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. Halpern. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. -o. <br /> Roll Cad Vote: <br /> Mr. Taylor,yes Mr. Halpern,yes <br /> Mr. Larkin,yes Mrs. Buschenfeldt,yes <br /> Mr. Shaw,yes Ms.Wayg n, absent for vote <br /> Mr* Lord,yes opposed, none <br />
