Community Preservation Committee <br /> Minutes <br /> December 14, 2010 <br /> Present: Wayne Taylor, Richard Halpern,Ed Larkin,mph Shaw, <br /> Tom O'Hara, diary Waygan <br /> Absent: Diane Rommelmeyer,Evelyn l uschenfeldt,Prank Lord <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Charman Taylor at 6:06 p.m. <br /> Town Hall, Conference Room#I <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS <br /> Stuart Saginor—ConMur ity Preservation Coalition: <br /> --- <br /> i <br /> Stuart Saginor, Executive Director of the Coniniunity Preservation <br /> Coalition was in attendance to update the Co i iunity Preservation <br /> Committee on the CPA now in its tenth year. <br /> In attendance was Torr Pox, Circuit Rider for Preservation Massachusetts <br /> and the rational Trust for Historic Preservation. Mr. Fox,a resident of <br /> the Town of Sandwich indicated that he works as an advocate for <br /> municipalities on CPA issues perWning to historic preservation and <br /> ■ <br /> conservation. <br /> Several members of the.Town of Sandwich Community Preservation <br /> Committee including David DeConto, Administrative Coordinator of the <br /> Town of Sandwich CPC Committee were also ha attendance as was Dr. <br /> Barbara Schneider,Chair of the Town of Falmouth Community <br /> Preservation Committee. <br /> Mr. Saginor gave an overview of activities associated to the CPA, an Act <br /> executed by Governor Cellucci in September of 2000.
