Larkin. <br /> VOTE Unanimous. 84. <br /> Roll Call vote: <br /> Mr.Halpern,yes Mir.O'Hara,yes <br /> Ms.Rommelmeyer,yes Mr.Larkin,yes <br /> Mr. Shaw,yes Mrs.Buschenfeldt,yes <br /> IVIS.Waygan,yes Mr. Lord,yes <br /> Opposed,none <br /> Andrew McManus,s,Conservation Agent was in attendance with Catherine <br /> Laurent,Director of Public Works to discuss the re-submission of the Pickerel <br /> Cove Recreation Area project application with members.ofthe Community <br /> Preservation Cottee. <br /> It was disclosed the application for CPA funding was defeated at the May 2011 <br /> 'on Meeting as one voter residing in the Pickerel Cove area expressed concern <br /> towards the potential for Alga dumping, loitering,vandalism and ATV use at the <br /> subject site location. <br /> Mr. McManus indicated the application submitted to the CPC for funding at the <br /> October 2011 Town Meeting contains additional wording to include the <br /> establishment of a secondary parking area for up to 20 cars. The previous <br /> application requested parsing for 5 spaces. It was the recommendation ofthe <br /> CPC Committee to increase the parking area for improved access. <br /> Mr. McManus respectfully requested the Committee's consideration to plane the <br /> project on the October ' arrant. He indicated he would be better prepared to <br /> respond at'down Meed g,and it is the intention of the Conservation Department <br /> to promote a better user area in response to the concerns of the abutter who spoke <br /> at the May'down Meeting. <br />
