It des sense to be <br /> held ,jointly by the Town and Testees of Reservations. The town should have <br /> enforcement authority... The trustees have a very keen interest in the Mahpee <br /> River, He suggested that agreement should be reached and a memorandum of <br /> understanding issued. The restriction wraps around the outside of the develop- <br /> ment. Everything within 20 feet of the roadway and buildings is encompassed. <br /> I is the only building completed at this time. The Trustees meas are along <br /> the giver. He would suggest the Trustees accept responsibility for that portion <br /> nearest the river and the town have the render of responsibility. <br /> Ms Lana k asked how they oversee their interests Mr. Wyman stated they fly <br /> over it once a year or so. It <br /> was noted the Selectmen followed the recomendation.s of the Commission on the <br /> cranberry lease, Dandy Cranberry Trust received the lease. <br /> FR&NM: - Auer discussion it was agreed to deny the sod portion of the filing. <br /> Motion rade and seconded to deny that portion of the Domenic Frnchi <br /> filing requesting the placement of sod. <br /> ENFORCEMENT: <br /> -Vegetation cut down on the coastal. bank - Enforcement order ratified.. <br /> Enforcement order ratified - Structure to be removed in one month <br /> of legal action Will be taken. - <br /> Cari l A letter was seat - An enforcement order to be issued in two weeks. <br /> Jacobson: Severe damage to the wall; will not file and is clang maintenance <br /> in perpetuity. The Order was never recorded or Certificate ofComp- <br /> liance issued. it does state maintenance, but n in perpetuity. A <br /> letter was sent that repairs cannot be dome without an engineered <br /> Plan and Notice of Intent.
