It was considered a very weak response. Mr. Sherman suggested sitting down with the association some time this winter to set guidelines. The ommiss-.on agreed. The meeting is to be open to any interested parties. B � Dock approval: The building inspector did research and provided infortr- ation on BOA approval. The information was sent to consultants, AG Begs: Mr. Sherman thought the Commission had adopted the old agricultural regs but no formal vote had been taken. He would like to take relevant parts of the old rugs but exclude working in anadromous fish streams, exclude access roads, and make it man- datory that it is a cranberry enterprise. He will present something to the Co mission in two weeks. Mr.. Homeyer asked if this would create a problem for Trout Unliinited and was told they file for their projects, Mrs. Ferriday asked, if Fish & Wildlife okayed it, would they still have to file? Mr. Sherman stated they want a legal hook on the record. Mrs. Ferriday asked how many growers there are in town's The omssion should make them aware what the regs are. Pine Barrens: The Agent toured with Natural Heritage. They may want to d some controlled burns. They will get a brush breaker in to push down trees, He ,suggested Ellis Allen meet with them next time they core down and that the Commission pay the $30.00 fee. The Commission agreed. They are only increasing the width of some fire roads. VOTE: Motion made and seconded that the Commission pay the fee for Ellis Alien for work in the pine barrens.
