Conservation Concession <br /> ` September 30, 1993 <br /> Wage 3. <br /> 7:25 EX4A LINSKY to construct a seaway. 25 ft. long; repair one seawall 18 ft. <br /> long; and to request maintenance :n perpetuity for these structures at 17 Clamshell <br /> Lane. Mrs. Linsky presented. Abutter notification was provided. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised Card. Rask was on-site for recommendations. The wall and bulk- <br /> head are existing and are failing. It is all above Mean High Water. They will <br /> backfill with stone. It is in Hamblins Pond. <br /> Mrs. Linsky advised she had received DEP number and comments, SD -1224. They <br /> also had included a Water Quality packet. She had Water Quality for the dock. <br /> Public comments were requested; there were none. <br /> M . Homeyer asked ,lf she has Water Quality on her Chapter 91 dock, why can't she <br /> incorporate it into this? <br /> Mr, Sherman suggested contacting DEP to find out, <br /> Mr. Homeyer asked if she was going to backfill with large stones and put in grass? <br /> Mrs. Linsky stated it would be an ecology grass With smll flowers that does not <br /> need fertilization, <br /> �: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing for Emma Linsky. Unanimous Vote. <br /> CIDSED, <br /> 7:35 WARRENEo to construct a seawall 44 ft. long with 3 ft. returns and with <br /> gabions placed on the outside; and a request for maintenance in perpetuity for the <br /> structure at 67 Bayview Road.
