Unanimous vote <br /> wm CONDMO. <br /> 7:30 NICHOLAS TAGARTS for the proposed removal of dead trees and undergrowth on <br /> two adjacent residential lots at 25 Tide stun and 26 Waterline give North. Dare <br /> Sacki presenting. <br /> Ms Damm asked if there would be any objections to her sitting as she is an <br /> abutter; here was none. <br /> Mr. 8am*cki stated here is no construction on the property. They-delineated <br /> the marsh area and BW. They left a 50 ft. buffer strip. The entire site is <br /> an ACEC. Mr. Tagaris wants to cut out the underbrush in order to core back <br /> with a proposed site for a home. Nr. Sherman concurred it is a jungle. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked_ if all BVW flags were numbered in the field's He has not verified <br /> the lines. He would like the time to go out there again. Mr. Sanicki agreed to <br /> place numbered flags. Mr. Sherman stated the hearing could then be closed. <br /> Public comments were requested: none. <br /> VOM: Motion made and seconded to close pending receipt of revised plans with <br /> nmbered flagging of stations and an on-site with the Agent. <br /> CLOSED SING, <br /> 40 REALTY INTERUMONAL to construct a single family house, gravel <br /> drive, septic system and utilities: and regrading of the rear of the lot at <br /> 27 County Road. John ,Jacobi presenting. Abutter notification receipts were <br /> provided. The dwelling is to be built 71 feet from the BVW. There will b <br /> some regrading to elevation 34. There is a 50 ft. buffer zone between the BVW <br /> and edge of the work area. There rill be a driveway on the side for a garage <br /> under. The septic is in the right front corner of the property. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated he has not seen the site and was told there are numbered <br /> flags. He asked how much of the area is undisturbed and was told approximately <br /> 50 feet. Calculation for nitrogen loading came in at 12; the standard is 5 <br /> and could call for a two bedroom house. <br /> Mr, Jacobi stated he would have to cut out all lawn area in front.
