Paul Andrews seconded the motion. <br /> VOTE: Yes-2 <br /> Roll Call Vote: Paul Andrews, yes; Gregg Fraser, yes <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Director Streebel presented a departmental u date: Mr. Streebel updated the Board with <br /> regards to the Board's State Owned Land appeal. The department has engaged a fee <br /> appraiser, William Pastuzek, to review and appraise four state owned land projects which <br /> include Wakeby Pond, Quashnet River, Popponesset and South Cape Beach. Mediation <br /> between the parties is still scheduled for December. Director Streebel reviewed the <br /> Recapitulation Paperwork for fiscal 2018 and the projected tax rates pending the Board of <br /> Selectmen's and Water Commissioners' Classification Hearings scheduled for November 27th <br /> and 281h respectively. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Applications for Person Exemptions and Tax Deferrals: Various applicants see <br /> attached list — Director Streebel recommended approval of the list numbered E-11152017-G <br /> of exemptions and deferrals. <br /> Gregg Fraser motioned to approve the Personal Exemption and Deferral list <br /> numbered E-11152017-G. Paul Andrews seconded the motion. <br />
