KASHPEE CONSERVATIONCOMMISSION Minutes of December 16, 1993 Commissioners present: Marry Desrosiers, Gertrude Simmons-Ferriday, John Johansen, Paul Averett, Frank Homeyer, John Fitzsimmons. The Chairman appointed John Fitzsimons a voting member. Mr. Sherman presented this project. This is a septic .upgrade required by the Board of Health and this filing i follows the provisions of the Act. After-the-fact fees are not charged for such as this. Public comments were requested; none. Mr. wachtenhei lost a leg some years ago. A retaining wall is needed on the left side of the driveway. not the right as called for in the original Order of Conditions. A gavel driveway was permitted but will not work on such a grade; she is proposing an exposed aggregate driveway with a trench drain to a drywell, Mrs. Ferriday asked if there will be gutters on the house and garage's Ms LeBlanc ' stated water from the driveway will not come from the roof and will he to a trench drain, buried into a drywell.
