VILESP M*, 31 starboard Lane, continued from January 21, 1993 <br /> Doug Cameron presenting. The existing seawall is protecting most of the property <br /> but during the recent storms, erosion has occurred and has exposed the end section <br /> of the stone revetment. They would like to reprotect that area. It will be a 2-1 <br /> slope, 75 c.y. of sand will be required and the area will be planted with indigenous <br /> vegetation. <br /> Mr. Homeyer asked if they will be into Mean Low Nater and was told no, they will be <br /> above Mean High water, They do not anticipate any equipment to be on the beach. <br /> Mr. sher3nan stated it is a soft solution; it is justifiable. <br /> Mr. Homeyer asked if it extends over to the state parcel; it does not. Poppmesset <br /> Beach Association has approved placement of sand. <br /> Ginny Landry advised this project has the full support of the Popponesset Beach <br /> Association. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing,, <br /> 1F, 1 CIO . <br /> 7:10 .BOE & MAURUEN MbGMTY to permit an existing deck extension and a garden shed <br /> with a french drain at 9 Little Neck Lane. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised the applicants are in Ireland. They have just purchased this <br /> property and when a Certificate of Compliance inspection was dome, the project was <br /> not in accordance with the plan. This filing is to bring it into compliance. <br /> Nothing has a d letorious effect. He suggested closing. <br /> Public comments were requested; there were none, <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing, <br /> It was noted this was after-the-fact but the previous owner who was responsible was <br /> gone. <br /> CIDSED, <br /> 7:20 ROBERT J. ZNgTU, 4 spoondrift Circle, continued from January 21., 1993. <br /> Ed Pesce presenting. He read from a letter he was submitting. Revised plans <br /> include the wall. The Za.mmitos have formally approved the request to post the <br /> no dumping signs. <br /> Revised plans show total length and existing water and electric lines. <br /> Public comments were requested; there were none. <br /> Mr.. herman stated the hearing can be closed upon his double-checking the fee <br /> submissionO <br />
