Mr. Hayes stated that was correct. Mr. Sherman asked if
the survey plan reflects existing conditions or is a compilation? Mr. Hayes advised.
the lower one reflects existing conditions,
Mr, Sherman could not tell from being
up there the other day whether the disturbed areas to the west are going to be repaired
s part of this project; there were no stakes in the ground, at the golf course end.
M . Hayes stated at the upper portion of the bank there is approximately 30 feet;
that is part of this,
Mr, Sherman stated there are three existing paths that should be closed off between
the acre sway and the revetment through the dunegrass. Mr. Hayes stated he would
have to talk to Michael Grotzke about this as it is 'off the property.
. Sherman would like to meet n--site with Mr. Hayes to go over these things prior
to issuing the Order of Conditions. Mr. Hayes was amenable. It was agreed to meet
during the next week.
Mr. Homeyer asked if they were doing a double row of toe stones? Mr. Hayes stated
because of tidal restrictions they have a maxmmn space of between 22 and 30 f6et.
They will come back for maintenance every gree years. They will want to complete
construction prior to May 1 .
Mr. Shermanstated the Commission could close the hearing after sign-off by the Cape
Cod Commission.
Mr, Hayes advised under SE 43-395, Tidewatch has managed the stabilization of the
coastal bank at the access ramp. This ramp has been used by every construction
company doing work along that reach. Tidewatch will probably repair that but in
the future, if that access is going t be used, suggested the Connission take
steps to protect that as the benefits of Tidewatch#s labor is being uWacted by
others who do not take it as seriously as they do. If there is damage to that in
the future, he would ask the Commission to -make this part of the order. They will
repair this as part of this filing.
Mr. Homeyer asked if he was requesting that in the future anyone using this access
be rade responsible for maint ithe access? That was correct.
Mr. Sherman agreed that it has not been handled carefully .by others.
Mr. Hayes advised he wild. be coming in again with permitting protocol for the Adams
Notice of Intent.
Public comments were requested; there were none.
=: Motion made and seconded to continue to March 18, 1993 - 8:00 p.m.
CONTINUED To BCH 1 , 1993 - : o p.m.
