Mrs. Yancr, an abutter, asked what would happen to the logs 1f put on the edge of someone l s property? Mr. Sherman stated that would be a ratter of negotiation between the abutters and Leigh Potter, Mrs. Yancy had no problem with it being put on her property but asked if they could out them ug and use -them.? The Commission felt it was a reasonable request. She felt it would be groper to dredge the river; it is most important and should i be attended t . CCC: Craig Griffith the Commission is preparing Request for Determination p p i for monitoring wells for a study at Waquoit Bay. One site is next to an Osprey nesting site. It is expected they will return the second week in April which would mean they should be on the next agenda, The consensus was to place this request on the March 26 agenda. LAWRENCE LOYLE: To the question whether Mr. Cloran should have been notified, Stan Humphries has agreed he should have. As Mr. Cloran insists, notification mast be done agar. The heaving will only address any abutters concerns. To be held on March 26 at 6:40 p.m. MACC ' RAPS: Buffer zones give reference mainly to birds that meed unaltered habitat. He will be writing a buffer zone reg with performance standards for wild life habitat. Duncan York will assist. Mrs. Simmons suggested Audubon be contacted.
