Department of Environmental Protection policies.. <br /> Revision to an existing submittal requirement [0) (Bl relating to proof <br /> of exemption from a 50 foot setback regulation under the zoning bylaws of <br /> Mashpe . <br /> * Revision to an existing submittal requirement ment gelating to information <br /> required on retaining walls. <br /> * revisions to existing regulations that would revise and relocate a <br /> regulation relating to Wildlife Habitat/Rare Species Zones; the revised <br /> language would be removed from Regulation #20 and inserted in Regulation <br /> #23. other provisions of existing regulation #23 would be revised <br /> i (dealing with vernal Pool protection). <br /> Anthony Fiorentin-1, representing his association, stated be has reviewed the <br /> proposed regulations and has no comments. <br /> The proposed regulations were reviewed. <br /> I <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the proposed regulations pending <br /> disucsion with the Agent at the next scheduled meeting. <br /> letter received by Mrs. Simmons from the white House was read which was <br /> signed by Shirley M. Green, Assistant to the President. <br /> Mr. Horneyer advised of a bill in Congress which would reimburse the individual <br /> for the loss of their wetlands. <br /> Mr. Fiorentini suggested the drawing by DFP of the definition for Coastal Bank <br /> delineation be included with the regulation. <br /> There was discussion of illegal cutting for vista purposes at Dean's Pond. <br /> =: Motion rade and seconded that the agent issue a citation for the <br /> cutting at Dean's Pond.
