Conservation or fission <br /> April 9, 1992 <br /> Page 12. <br /> RFSES= POM* Letter received from New Seabury Co. that they would be willing <br /> to send a letter to all abutters and asking relief from the planting ordered. <br /> Mr. Sherman suggested they come in for an Amended -order. <br /> vum: Motion made and seconded that the request for relief from the ordered <br /> planting be granted upon receipt of a Request for an Amended Order. <br /> FEES- <br /> M tion made and seconded to reduce the dock fee from $3.00 to $1.50 per <br /> foot for storm damaged structures that would have qualified for Amnesty <br /> and are not causing damage. That will include coastal engineered <br /> structures, in general, until August 30, 1992. <br /> KOLB: Emergency order issued. <br /> PDPIo: The house is neat to the Okay Bay launching ramp. They were told <br /> they must file a Notice of Intent for trees on a hank and other work. <br /> FOR : Foam to be used for assistance with filings was reviewed, to relieve <br /> the Commission from any liability,, <br /> CONPREDWSIU PUM: Memo received from town planner requesting input on the <br /> survey. <br /> Also received from 'down Planner, a memo re land and grater grants. To be reviewed <br /> by Susam Ianik. <br /> ALM HABITAT: The Agent is presently working on proposed regulations. <br /> F Ro: Request received from Mr. Bafaro to withdraw his order of 0onditions. <br /> The order runs with the land and as he is no longer the owner of the land, <br /> the new owner should get in touch with the commission. <br /> ACDE will be doing a study on Popponesset Spit at no cost to the town. <br /> CLQ POSITION: The advertisement was wrongly put under Falmouth and therefore, <br /> must be advertised again, <br /> ARTICLES TOWNMDE: An article reads $2300 for pant-time help. They want <br /> to take the money and add the salary in the omnibus budget. The article is <br /> still there for $2300. They want to rake a change in the explanation and put <br /> it in our expense account. The budget will be finalized this coming Monday <br /> night. <br /> =CLE: There is a move afoot to take away the privilege of the Agent taking <br /> the vehicle home. He asked the Commission to made a case that he be allowed <br /> to have it, A letter should come from toe 0or is ion. <br /> Mr, HomeYer stated the Agent is an enforcement officer and on call at all tines. <br /> The vehicle should be at his disposal. A letter to be drafted. <br /> . F` <br /> Motion made and -seconded that a letter be drafted to have the Commission <br /> go on record that the Conservation Agent be allowed to take the vehicle <br /> home. <br /> The 0omission was advised the secretary's telephone is not in goad <br /> working order and will have to be replaced. Finance 0orrttee to be consulted <br /> for the funds. <br />
