Conservation Commission <br /> April 9, 1992 <br /> Page 8, <br /> Mr, Sherman stated the Commission cannot allow anyone to use a structure until <br /> an order of Conditions is issued,, <br /> Mr. Costa again stated that the State does not make people stop using an illegal <br /> structure in the process of filing. <br /> Mrs. Simmons stated she would have to stand with the Agent. <br /> i - <br /> Mr. Costa stated he does not think the pier was put in with the intent of <br /> breaking the law. <br /> Joe Forns, representing the McCormacks, stated he has been doing investigations. <br /> His question is, this will be a Notice of Intent for an after the fact structure <br /> that will be either approved, denied, or modified.
