Sherman stated it can be incorporated into this filing but requested another <br /> copy of the plan. <br /> voTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending receipt of the consultant <br /> report, revised fee sheet and plan for the fish pooh.. <br /> CLOSED PENDIM RECEIPT, <br /> 8:00 Antbony R. Pelusi for an amended order of Conditions udner SE 43-894 for <br /> alteraticns to a dock support system at Lot 4 Melissa Ave. Harry Desrosiers- <br /> tepped down for this hearing as an abutter. Frank Homeyer arrived and sat <br /> for the remainder of the evening. <br /> Sr. Pelusi presented abutter notification receipts. <br /> Ni-. Shean advised the only change is the support for the dock; footprint will <br /> resin the same. <br /> Mr. Pelusi advised it' was always intended to have a seasonal dock. Sawhorses <br /> would support the structure for stability and would be attached. The dock will <br /> not be six feet off the water, it will. be eighteen inches between dock and water. <br /> Mr. Homeyer asked the consistency of the bottom and was told it is cobbled. <br /> Ir. Pelusi .showed pictures of the structure and advised it will be removed each <br /> season. Mr. Homeyer had no problem with the proposal.. Ms Lannik agreed. <br /> Mr. Pelusi advised Sue Ann Richardson of Waterways stated no additional license <br /> is necessary and she approved of the design. Her letter was read into the xecord. <br /> Public comments were requested; there were none. <br /> VO : Notion made and seconded to close the hearing and issue an Amended Order <br /> for the project as proposed. <br /> HEARING <br /> 8:15 WiDImBurke & Steven Belkin, Lots 527 & 528Triton Way request to amend <br /> the order of Conditions under SE 43-604. Susana Lannik stepped down for this <br /> hearing, Norman Hayes presented abutter notification receipts. his hearing is <br /> under the lashpee bylaw only. The state has issued an extension. There is a <br /> wetland restriction on this property. July 22, 1986 is the date of the legal plan <br /> that DFP mandates be used in construction of the seawall. If a problem tying any <br /> of the walls together, the Rankin plan can be used. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked the amount of back-filling to be done? Mr. Mayes advised 2500 <br /> c.y. ; they will reconstruct the coastal bank. <br /> Asked if the wall will conform to the plan after backfilling, Nk. Hayes advised <br /> the 14 foot contour will be brought up. He will provide a copy of the calc . <br /> Mr, Sherman requested a brief listing of the plants. <br /> r. Hayes advised an emergency certificate was received on the Kolb property and <br /> the Notice of Intent will be in by May 6. <br /> Mr,. Sherman asked him to review the beach nourishment in the area in his summa <br /> Mr. Hayes agreed to provide this. Hopefully, they will start the last week in <br /> Nay on the Belkin revetment. Planting will be done in late October. <br />
