It has not been removed; that will be sub- <br /> sequent to any agreement with the Cormd scion. <br /> Mrs. Fdala stated erosion control should be conditioned. <br /> Mr. Sherman does not want to see areas that have been' filled increase. He agreed <br /> to put forth a set of conditions for the Commission to review. <br /> Vi : Motion made and seconded to close the hearing. <br /> CLOSED. <br /> B M SCHRAMM for the construction of a dwelling, garage, deck, driveway <br /> changes, septic system and installation of water service at 199 Hooppole toad. <br /> David Sanicki presenting. There is an existing driveway into the site, Trees <br /> to be taken out are shown, <br /> Mr. Sherman stated this cannot be closed because the Board of Health commented , <br /> no dans had been submitted. Mr. Sanicki stated they are on file with the Board <br /> of Health. They are planning to put a water service lime down the center of the <br /> existing driveway. <br /> Mr. Homeyer asked if the "privy" would remain and was told no - it will go. <br /> lx. Coffey asked for planned construction techniques; they are standard methods. <br /> It is a wooded area all the way from the street. <br /> Mgrs. Fdala questioned the work linXit and suggested siltation fences may be needed. <br /> Mr. Sanicki stated everything slopes to the pond. He would be willing to extend <br /> the work 1=* *t. It was suggested to extent to the "privy#4. Six drywells are shown. <br /> An access permission form was missing from the file which Mr. Sanicki agreed to sign <br /> for his client. <br /> Mr. Sherman referred to the existing structure on the lower bank and asked if the <br /> Commission needed to have it shown or to condition this. <br /> Mr. Sanicki advised the stairway and structure is shown on the plan. <br /> Mrs. F'udal stated it should be conditioned the Concession Will not allow any other <br /> work. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if the deck could be brought back a couple of feet; pull back the <br /> whole structure by five feet? It is a naturally vegetated area now. <br /> Mr,, Hor eyer stated they should keep back 15 feet from the 50 ft. elevation. <br />
