Conservation Commission <br /> May 28, 1992 <br /> Page 2. <br /> 7 <br /> :00 continued hearing. <br /> Mr. S'hennan advised the consultant., Stan Humphries, has requested more time to <br /> firuish his report; it will be in some time next week. 1t can be provided to any <br /> interested parties at that time. <br /> Present for the hearing were J and Anne Collins and Mary Allen. It was stated <br /> they had no eoments that had not been made previously to the Cape Cod Commission. <br /> They did request a copy of the report. <br /> r. Sherman advised Jim o'Connell of CM would like to see Stan Humphries' report <br /> also and would be giving input. He suggested a vote from the Commission to wait <br /> for his comments. <br /> Motion made and seconded to wait for comments from .dim o#Connell after the <br /> receipt of the report from the consultant. <br /> Ms Allen advised the entire village is not necessarily in agreement that the <br /> revetment be built. Doing more beach nourishment was brought up i.e. , Tide Watch <br /> where all the seawalls are built. <br /> Mrs. Simmons suggested taking out the groins along Popponesset. <br /> CONTINM TD JULY 9, 1992 AT 7:15 p.m. <br /> ORDERS of C NDITIONS: The importance of referencing the plan by title and date <br /> was noted. <br /> Mr. Sherman suggested closing based upon a plan and so state. <br /> RAYMOND Leaving the float on the marsh should not be condoned. <br /> M KOWIT : Enforcement order ratified. A portion of the structure was replaced <br /> and a float was added. A letter was sent. <br /> DPW: eg etation was cut on Mashpee Neck Road. A filing will be in Wednesday. <br /> SCCA: Floats on the marsh. They have a dock permit. Someone has cut down many <br /> trees. <br /> Question was raised who would be held responsible. There was discussion of a fine <br /> being issued; an Enforcement order 1idll be issued and they will be requested to <br /> come in. <br /> POPPONEFT INN FENCE: A filing was cancelled as it was only a repair. New Fence <br /> posts have been installed. After-The-Fact filing fee should be instituted, an <br /> enforcement order issued and a filing required. <br /> F'REDMAN: Trees were cut on the neighbor's property,, An enforcement order was issued <br /> and he was told to replant. A copy of a questionable letter was faxed to the eoon- <br /> ission by Mr. Fredman, supposedly provided by Mrs. Schulze. A letter was sent to <br /> the Schultes to ask if they wish to have the trees replanted. <br /> Vim: Lotion made and seconded, if a bogus letter, the maximum fine will be <br /> levied on Mr. Fredman. <br /> LOVE: The order of Conditions stated not to store the floats on the bank; they <br />
