To <br /> be discussed at a later date. <br /> MA BpEE MESSENGER: The article was discussed and it was agreed the agent was very <br /> diplomatic. <br /> SUBMIAL REQUIREMENTS The proposed change was discussed and the Agent stated he <br /> was haying second thoughts. <br /> Mrs. Fudala stated she would be interested in having them before hand for review, <br /> as proposed. <br /> It was agreed to request five copies with only a cover page. Method to be initiated <br /> on a triad. basis. <br /> ORDER OF CONDITIONS: There was discussion of the procedure and methods being used. <br /> The consensus was to continue. If any question of denial, this will be discussed. <br /> BIFNATIS: It was agreed he will be afforded the opportunity to come before the <br /> Commission. The Agent will arrange the date. <br /> MC CORMACI : .Toe Forns advised he called the new shellfish constable but does not <br /> have a written report. He will have this by the continued date. <br /> vIPRINO; Mr. Forns stated, for crossing the bridge in New Seabury, he put in <br /> fifteen yards of shoring up material. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated he must file. Mr. Forns agreed to put together a site plan <br /> and an s--built plan. He will send a letter that he is in the process of putting <br /> this together. Coastline Engineering will be the firm used. <br /> BEIGEL: Request for Amended Order has been submitted. Mr. Sherman suggested one <br /> more site visit. Hay bale line has been roved; he did not see any harm. <br /> Von: Motion rade and seconded to issue an amended order to Herbert Beigel for <br /> an Order of Conditions under SE --896., after the ori--site. <br /> GERMAN: 36 Sumersea Road. Degradation of the marsh in Aran's Cove. <br /> Mrs. Simmons suggested Mosquito Control come down and have a look. She feels this <br /> is occurring due to lack of proper flushing. <br /> Mr. Sherman suggested Karl Rask be asked to have a look. <br /> WILLOWBEND: Letter received from A.M. Wilson re a change under SE 43-462. Under <br /> new plan they may abandon the road as a golf cart road and put down shell; they <br /> will do less than they wanted to do before. The Commission agreed this is more <br /> acceptable. A letter on f1le would be sufficient that they have none less work. <br /> Vim: Motion made and seconded to accept the amount of work done at Willow Bead. <br /> JOHNS POND PARK: Meeting to be held on July 16 con erning the Shooting Range. <br /> Joe Reardon to attend. Torn Fudala has prepared a history of the area and John's <br /> Fond Park Plan. To be advertised. <br /> M SKOTITZ REPAIR: landscape plan was required; one received was not <br /> by a landscape architect but the Agent felt it was acceptable. This will be mon- <br /> itored. <br /> Vim: Motion made and seconded to adept the Moskowltz revegetation plan. <br />
