Bob Gray presenting, <br /> The revisions requested by the Commission have been made. A cross section was shown <br /> to help visualize the addition with regard to the top of the bank. The railroad tie <br /> border is shown and drwel is located. The outside shower, a concern of some abutters, <br /> is also shown on the plan. It was approved under a formal filing. References to the <br /> other filing were deleted. They are only asking for a small addition,, shaded in on the <br /> plan, and a railroad tie border to keep people from walking on the face of the bank, and <br /> flagstone walkway. <br /> 14r, Gray advised the structures is on piles with no excavation for the foundation which <br /> will lessen the impacts. He noted there will be 6 Piles. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if roof runoff will be only to the dr well and was told it will be. <br /> He asked, when wind driven rain hits the face of the building it will be hitting the <br /> flagstone, where does it g <br /> Mr. Crag stated it is a flat area; through sheet flow it will ren towards the <br /> embankment. The railroad tie border should prevent it from going directly over. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated he would Feel better with crushed stone or shells. This was <br /> acceptable to Mr. Gray. Dr. Zafiropoulos had <br /> no objection; this can be conditioned. <br /> Mr. Sheen stated there shall be no future cutting on the barb without notice to <br /> the Commission, A building permit will be required for the shed. <br />
