Conservation Commission <br /> July 9, 1992 <br /> Page 8 ! <br /> Mr. Homeyer stated it will be 360 s.f. , even if he removes the first one. <br /> Mr. Eurtis suggested raising the walkway and extending with a ramp down to the Moat. <br /> The first one would be out. Extend the walkway 20 feet, or a little less. E1 -�natin <br /> the first float is 120 s,f, gone. <br /> Mr. Desrosiers stated that leges 400 s.f. <br /> Mr. Burtis stated floats are only in for 3--1 months. He asked if there was <br /> anything in his file he could show the Commission that would change their minds? <br /> Mr. Homeyer stated he did not build to Chapter 91 anyway. <br /> Public comments were requested; there were none. <br /> =: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing. <br /> F 3� CLOSED., <br /> 9:15 BAYPORT B04ES, IW. for a Determination of Applicability on delineated wetlands <br /> at Nobska Road and Tobisset Street. Mario piGregorio presenting. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated this is only to determine the wetland line. He found this <br /> acceptable and suggested accepting the delineation. <br /> Mrs. Sons stated it could be a rsice area to open up to an elevated walk. <br /> Mr, DiGregorio advised there are eight lots affected by the delineation; only lot <br /> 7A will have a problem. <br /> Mr. Homeyer suggested they make that open space. <br /> Motion made and seconded to find a positive detection with reference <br /> rade to approval of the delineation. <br />
