They returned with a different plan still <br /> at the rear, but at the edge of the house. This plan was reviewed unfavorably. <br /> They have now moved the pool to the side of the house, 25 feet from the bank to <br /> the proposed fence. This will require a 4-5 foot cut to construct a retaining <br /> wall around the pool. - The pool is a lap pool., 4 - 5 foot deep.
