MASHPEE SELECTMEWS <br /> OFFICE <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7: 0 p.m. <br /> :00 NEW SEABURY GD,, for a Determination of Applicability on the proposed Bufflehead <br /> Bay and the superseding Determination issued by the Department of Environmental Pro- <br /> tection., <br /> Michael Grotzke was present for the discussion and recapped the history of the project. <br /> Two years ago, he and the New Seabury consultants and attorneys net with the Commission <br /> and their consultant and town counsel to try to agree on the resources for Bufflehead <br /> Bay, a project confined by Great oak Road and Red Brook Road. <br /> Their consultant, Hayes Engineering, defined what they thought were the primary resources, <br /> the inland resources which include the Bordering vegetated Wetland-, Isolated Land subject <br /> to Flooding, Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage, and did briefly mention coastal banks, <br /> salt marsh and salt water vegetation, <br /> The Commi <br />
