They have not been willing to date to sit down <br /> face to face to discuss the issue. <br /> Mr. Coffey stated he was under the impression sieve analysis was part of beach nourish- <br /> rent and referring to the letter from BSC stated this does not mention that at all. <br /> Mr. Grotzke stated it was for that particular site only. Sieve analysis is for once <br /> every loco yards. <br /> Mr. Coffey asked if the material for the breach is the same as used for the beach <br /> nourishment and was told it is, exactly. <br /> Mr. Homeyer stated it was not fine like the dune. He suggested that a sieve anal- <br /> ysis be part of the Certificate of Compliance but he had suggested to Mr. Grotke <br /> to have it done now.
