Unanimous Vote. <br /> Rosenberg: Vote: Motion made and seconded to ratify and confi m an enforcement order <br /> for cutting of vegetation contrary to the order of conditions. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> McMenaty: Arrest warrant has been issued, <br /> Note: Motion made and seconded to do everything applicable to bring this <br /> roan to justice. To be pursued with Chief Frere <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> STAMP REQUIREMENT: Town Counsel advised a site plan for a house should have both <br /> stamps and accepting a PE stamp for New Seabury. It was noted the commission has <br /> been accepting drainage calcs from All Cape Surrey Consultants who do not have this, <br /> Town Counsel stated the commission should be more careful with stamps. <br /> Submittal requirements should address this. <br /> .mix poul : An Order of Conditions did not include activity where two cinder- <br /> block walls were created within 5 feet of the top of the coastal bark and e c - <br /> tion done. Dr. Zafiropoulos called and Mr. Sherman felt he is innocent. Fie will <br /> file. Mr. Sherman questioned whether plans should be redone by Cape & Islands <br /> with a stamp. In his opinion the contractor is at fault, <br /> is Lamik advised the property owner is responsible. <br />
