They are going before <br /> the Board of Appeals next week for a sideline setback variance. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to grant the request for a continuance. <br /> CONTINUED TO APRIL 4., 1991 - 7:45 p.m. <br /> 7:45 STEPE M & MR to replace septic system and to landscape yard <br /> area with cedar trees and- shrubs at 36 Bayview Road. Peter Sullivan of <br /> Bauer & Nye presented abutter receipts. He advised the area will be disturbed <br /> for the septic upgrade and they wish to landscape in that area. <br /> Mr. Kumin, an abutter, advised he was not notified of the hearing and only saw <br /> the advertisement in the Falmouth Enterprise, <br /> The letter sent to abutters was reviewed and it was noted no date or time was <br /> stated. Mr. Kuru had received this notice. <br /> Mr. Sullivan advised Board of Health signof is part of the Notice of Intent. <br /> letter dated October I from Elias McQuaid was read. <br /> q <br /> Mr. Coffey asked if plumbing in a garage was the issue? Mr. Colellai advised <br /> there is a pump used to suppler the douse now that he had intended to use for <br /> irrigation purposes and there is an outside shower in the garage, neither of <br /> which is a violation. <br /> Mr. Kunin advised he does not object to the hearing but there are certain things <br /> on the plan he does object to and would like to have redrawn. <br /> Mr. Coffer stated it has been established the abutters were properly notified <br /> and interested abutters are here. The plan represents an upgrade to a septic <br /> rstem which has been approved by the Board of Health and have landscaping as <br /> shown on the plan. <br /> Mr. C lel.la advised he has a building permit. <br /> Mr.' Coffey questioned the sewer line referred to in the letter and was told it <br /> is not a sewer line, it is a pump line. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised he has spoken with the Board of Health and they are satisfied. <br /> He has no concerns but when on-site he noted there is a play area near the stairs <br /> which causes erosion and should be revegetated. Also, he would like to see the <br /> boat and float not stored at the toe of the bank as they also contribute to the <br /> erosion. <br />
