*Conservation Concession <br /> April 18, 1991 <br /> Wage 5. <br /> Ms Behr an felt as work is to be done on something already per .tied by the Board <br /> the issue is not germain. <br /> Mr. Sherman requested a revised cover page 'to the RDA to specifically state that <br /> all work will be done on Mr. Burke's property. This was agreed. <br /> Mr. Hayes stated, given what he has heard, he has no problem with the repair. He <br /> wanted to be sure the Commission was aware fir. Belkin will be coning in, he will be <br /> constructing the seawall as per BSC plan, and it will tie into this seawall as per <br /> the final order. <br /> Mr. Burke stated he has no objections to' Mr. Belkin putting his wall in. <br /> Conclusion: To be provided -- A siege analysis and revised cover page stating actual <br /> work will not go over onto the Bello property. Any sand will be compatible with <br /> the sieve analysis. Mr. Dowell agreed. <br /> Vim: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing upon receipt o -the -information <br /> requested. Unanimous-Vote. <br /> Mr. Hayes was asked if he was aware work had taken place on the Belkin property. <br /> He stated a large yellow truck dumped fill on the, property. (Mrs. Simmons noted it <br /> was manor, many, truckloads.) Mr. Belkin is out of the country and his assistant has i <br /> no idea who did this. No one had authorization; there were no signed contracts for <br /> any work to take place. <br /> Mrs. Simmons suggested they notify the Police Department.
