Unanimous vote. <br /> Mrs. Simmons stated if everything is not removed from the bank a fine should be <br /> issued. <br /> RUMCEMM ISSUES: Mr. Sherman suggested an enforcement log be published in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise weekly. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to authorize publication of an enforcement leg <br /> by street location with no names in the Falmouth Enterprise, Unanimous vote. <br /> AC SGS. : To be considered at a later date. <br /> PUBLIC AMESS - SSS: DEP-Waterways is aware this is a problem to be resolved. <br /> CLONDM GAS: Mr. Coffey met with Colonial Gas on site. The ten hook-ups are Up- <br /> stream of the dwellings. They are not going to dig, they will burrow, The area <br /> of disturbance is three square feet. He suggested it be done under architectural <br /> review, not requiring an RDA. Txi.ng is an issue and there is no impact. <br /> Atty. Henc y will -send a brief narrative of the reasons why this would be acceptable. <br /> To be discussed at the next meeting. <br /> VERNAL POOL: Has been located on Great Neck Road, neat to the Senior Center. <br /> CU S=S: Clean up of Uncle Percy's Road. Renee F udala and Bob Sherman will <br /> speak to the scouts. Soft drinks to be provided by New Seabury Co. <br /> SA.A UM4IT: The agent suggested they be allowed to file an RDA. Sabana has <br /> delineated the wetland. <br /> Motion made 'and seconded to allow Sarluit Corp. to file a Request <br /> for Determination of Applicability instead of a Notice of Intent. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> DREW REALTY TRUST: A superseding Oder of Conditions has been issued overturning <br /> the Commission. A corresponding final order should be issued by the Commission. <br /> To be issued next meeting. <br /> 7 ROAD: I t was agreed this should be done under a tai n i t ra .ive review. <br /> BOURNE CoNCoM : Files are given to members to be returned at the next meeting with <br /> recommendations or actions.
