The elevation at the 10 foot contour comes into the retainirng wall. Ms Behrman question whether, swal.e exists; there is 20 feet from the house to the edge of the work luinit, she asked what landscaping is proposed' Mr. McGrath stated no plan was submitted. She stated, if part of the r tigation, the Comm- ission should be aware of what is proposed. He agreed to provide a landscape plan. Ms Behrr an stated it sounds like a lawn is proposed. Mr. Sherman stated under the bylaw and regulations (page 5). it would be in order to address, in written form, how this project impacts the regs, Mrs. Simmons added, how it impacts the top of the bank and how much fill will e necessary. Mr. Coffey requested pertinent information on the retaining wall and cross section; test pit location; the reasoning for the location. He asked if thought had beengiven to a denitrification-septic. system and was told it takes up a lot of space. Mrs. Simons asked that the placement of the drywells be shown in relation to the top of the bank. She suggested moving the house closer to the road. The top of bank goes right through the house. Mr. McGrath advised that would require a variance. She further advised the Phragtes has been trampled all along the front, they were hacked and it could be considered damage. Public comments were called for and there were none. Mr. Sherman advised the top of the inland bank was marked by stakes but not shown on the plan, Mr. Raymond advised it is identified by numbers. They will cut back on the deck in order- to sage one large oak tree near the corner of the house. The work limit can be brought in to to feet. wood chips are to be placed in the front of the house, gravel in the driveway.
