After discussion., <br /> Motion made by Frank Homeyer -arid seconded by Renee Fud la to request <br /> filing of a Notice of Intent for the work done. <br /> Yea: Frank Horeyer, Renee Fudala, wry Desosiers, <br /> Nay: Patrick Coffey, Gertrude Simmons, Su ana Lanik. <br /> Mr. Homeyer pointed out this is not the first After-The-Fact filing for Mr. Sullivan <br /> and the precedent has been set. <br /> after further discussion, Mrs. Simmons changed her vote to yea, for the Notice of <br /> Intent. <br /> ation carried. , Enforcement order to be issued requiring a Notice of Intent. <br /> CUMCUMT BAY CONDOMINIUMS: e -361 - Certificate of Compliance issued. An RDA is <br /> to be Filed for the decks which were unpermitt d but work began. A plan will be <br /> required showing the top of the coastal bank. There is a potential eros on problem, <br /> WILLIAMBURKE: Sieve analysis received. It was reviewed by Michael Grot ke and he <br /> felt it was compatible.. They have no permission to go on Belkin property and they <br /> stated very clearly at the hearing they would not. <br /> OU: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing. Unanimous vote. <br /> Merman Hayes concurred with the new plan submitted thatwil=l allow for the <br /> construction of the wall under the RDA to normally meet with Mr. Belkin's wall <br /> constructed under the final order of conditions. <br /> Motion made and seconded to find a negative deterrninatio . <br /> NEGATM IOI <br /> Concerning Steven Bern's property <br /> Mr. Dyes advised, re the yellow dump truck, they will cordon off the area. He <br /> has no problem with filing ars RDA. They will rim the fill with haybales. In <br /> 10 year storm there would be some erosion. They will use caution tape and a sign <br /> will be placed. Filing of the RDA was suggested by the Agent. <br /> PURCHASE ORDER: The tape recorder is in disrepair and it has been estimated it <br /> will cost approximately $100 to repair and a recommendation received from the <br /> Town Audio/Visual Engineer that it is worth repairing. <br /> Vim: Motion made and seconded to authorize repair of the tape recorder. <br /> CCMPE= UPGRADE: It is hoped to obtain a 386 computer and color monitor for <br /> approximately $.000 and trade-in. A written quote is forthcoming. Any additional <br /> funds could be expended for programs. <br /> DAYo # Bottom anchored float with ramp. After discussion <br /> V * Motion made and seconded that the Dyos dock require a Notice of Intent <br /> with full Board of Appeals hearings. Frank Heyer abstained. <br />
