WWF CONSERVATION COMMISSION F115-1
l eeting of Nhy 16,9 1931
ILI
Commissioners Present: Patrick Coffey, Reneeidala, Susana i "rank Homey ,
Marry Desrosiers/ r■ Louise B , unca 4
r ,S P EC ELECT WS
Y f i E
Mr. York left the meeting at 7:30 p.m.
6:45 Southport: Ron Bonvie gave the history. There are two filings, one for the
construction of units and drainage of the roadways; one for the golf course. Drainage
of the roadways is the issue tonight. Many items have been corrected. DRaln lines
discussed at the last meeting With the commission have been completed with 4-5 inches
of loan covering and hydroseeded. He is willing to amend the order of conditions not to include
that work. He is not requesting a Certificate of Compliance, just an extension,
until financed; a maximum of one year. only 100 occupancy permits of the 750 can
be obtained in oney ear.
Mr. Coffey asked what hole is at the northerxost point. Mr. Bonvie thought it
was the fourth or fifth. More baling may be required or a siltation fence to
which Mr. Bonvie was agreeable. He would like to look at the order, amend it
to properly establish that area and protect it with a maintenance or work order
with the agent and arborist providing oversight.
On SE 43-593 a one year extension is requested. He has a corrm itrment for financing;
title is done and they have asked if he has an extension for the order of Conditions.
His concern is that without the extensi
