Therefore, he previously abstained from the vote and will <br /> not sign the order. <br /> Triton Realty Trust -- order of Conclitions for the revetment issued. <br /> MARLES Order of Conditions issued Plantings <br /> MRT WEST: Norman Hayes advised the Commission and DEP have been provided with all - <br /> .info •mation requested. He asked for a designated time for the order of Conditions <br /> to be issued. 1t was agreed it would be done on June 6 at 9:00 p.m. Mr. Des osiers <br /> will meet with the Shellfish Warden prior to issuance. <br /> PAUL I ATTrM Request for third extension. Trucks are unable to traverse the <br /> bridge to the island. <br /> Auer discussion it was agreed the extension should be granted if erosion control <br /> measures are refurbished. <br /> Motion made and seconded to extend the Order of Conditions for SE 43-566 <br /> for six months with notice that the erosion control measures are to be <br /> refurbished if any possible future extensions are to be considered. <br /> TRITOW CIRCLE: Adjudicatory - The motion to consider as BVW has been admitted. <br /> Next Tuesday here will be an on-site combining Tritown Circle and the Pulsone <br /> appeal with all interested parties. A brief is to be written by the Agent. <br /> SLUDGE REGS: Communication received from DEP; request for comments. <br /> REC L ' oNS: Proposed changes to the regulations were reviewed. <br /> MCNMY REPORT: — Distributed for review. <br /> - <br /> June 13: Crape Cod Max` ne dater Quality Task Force will'meet. <br /> .LEO IRE: Work falls within normal cranberry bog maintenance. Permission <br /> given to proceed. <br /> WILLM BEM: Suggested vegetation, bog side of the berm: Ellis Alien to review. <br /> A. map of the cart paths has been received. <br /> Mr. Sherman felt the suggestions made so far have been sound. <br /> MUM BOG* Letter to EPA was reviewed. <br /> BAR : Appeal by Atty.
