Also recommended is a bond be <br /> pasted prior to start of project at $10 a sere foot for replication. <br /> Mr. Epstein referred to the statement that the commission is asking for a <br /> wetland scientist with qualifications acceptable to the commission to be <br /> present at the t;me and asked if there is a list of acceptable people. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated there is no certification for wetland scientist, only <br /> reputation and experience on our part. The murission would have the right <br /> to refuse. <br /> Mr. Epstein felt the bonding requirement of 15 years is excessive. Some <br /> developers are not around for 15 years. <br /> Liz Epstein suggested including in the Certificate of Compliance a perpetual <br /> condition for the commission to have access for inspect-ion. <br /> (19A) : Motion made and seconded to charge the. bonding period to fire <br /> years with inspection at 5,, 10, and 15 year intervals by the commission <br /> to be referenced in the Order of Conditions and Certificate of Cmpliance. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br />
