Abutter Receipts were presented by Gerald Epstein and <br /> Dig Epstein. The project is maintenance. The commission was concerned with <br /> the expansion of Lawn. It was agreed the RDA would be filed. The lawn has <br /> been .scaled back to Zoo S.F. It is proposed to maintain or reduce, but not <br /> expand. Maintenance of the bank area will be with wood chips. Upland areas <br /> adjacent to the coastal wetland will be planted with minimal plantings. The <br /> maim concern there is poison ivy. A need for pesticides is not anticipated. <br /> Typical planting would be Hosta, Rosa Rugosa, Beach Plums, upland species, <br /> low growing with no major pruning required, <br /> Mrs. Simons suggested low bush blueberries. <br /> It was noted the DEB number is posted on the side of the float. <br /> There were no comments from the public. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find a negative deter nation. <br /> NEGATIVE ION. <br /> DIKE - 1.38 Shields Road.
