This is an existing gook in meed of repair, placing of a new top. A sledge hamnier will be used to redrive the piles. Mrs. Simons referred to slash/debris on the right hand side of the bank and stated she would net want that to occur again. To replace the timbers on the steps will require an RDA. Mr. shernan stated performance standards are ret, the boards should be replaced with a gap between to -allow light penetration to vegetation -below. The Order of Conditions was issued under 131.40 but open under the bylaw pending receipt of sane. M: Notion made and seconded to close the hearing under Mashpee 'down Bylaw and issue an order of conditions to coincide with the one issued under the State. A RAKING: New Seabury has requested beach raking be continued on t Maushcp village and Rock Landing Beach areas. Mr. Sherman stated BBB should be contacted re an Amended RDA. Ms Lannik stated, if they are separate entities, they should come in before the Board with their own RDA. There may be other issues. D� POS: Dan Buckley has requested cutting of vegetation on the pondward side of Deans Fond. The agent met theme today with him and Bilis Allen who wil1 write up an explanation of how it should be done. This will be done as an RDA. Ron B nvie came before the commission concerning his request for an extension, lir. Sherman suggested extending the order but holding it until he speaks with town counsel. Ms Lann.ik agreed the extension with conditions was proper. Remedial measures have been completed and a trench made around the wetland. 200 haybales are being installed tomorrow. They will have to be maintained and the trench may have to be dug again after a rains torn . Suggested conditions were reviewed and. Nr. Bonvie was in agreement with them. No later than October 1 a hearing will be held for an amended order for lon g tern maintenance.
