No Work on the pool/apron may begin until the top of the bank has been stabilized <br /> (including the currently eroding/slumping area just beneath the top of the bank) <br /> and the plantings have been appropriately established as determined by the <br /> Concession with the advice of its arborist-consultant). <br /> It was noted at the tine of the on-site the area of staking was questioned and <br /> the Corr ssion was told it was probably a flower bed. <br /> V= Motion made and seconded to allow the project under option 2. <br /> RDAIS ISS CONDITI~O : Misurella & New Seabury Co. Shore Drive). <br /> ORDS OF CONDITIOM: Triton Realty Trust, Gleason, Kelly, Robt. , Hindley. <br /> Approval of Articles from May 6, 1991 Annual Town meeting have been <br /> approved by the Attorney General., Purpose & Validity/Appeal Procedure. <br /> HMALD LAND TRUS : Leslie Morse advised a settlement has been proposed and <br /> forwarded a letter of stipulation. After review, <br /> TOTE: Motion rade and seconded to accept the stipulation. <br /> SAKONNET DQE: The DPT has agreed to repair a hole in the road declared by the <br /> Building Inspector to be a public safety hazard. A letter was read requesting <br /> an Emergency Order. <br /> V= Motion made and seconded to allow the hole to be filled under an <br /> Emergency Order of Conditions. <br /> 1 CC: Update on Commissioners requested and membership renewal is due. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to renew membership with MACC. <br /> POLICIES: Up-to-date copy of policies adopted was distributed. A policy is <br /> needed on setback requirements. <br /> ADHM : Form distributed and accepted by the Commissiw for t1s . <br /> GRIST: Alis Allen is going to be asked to look at a condo complex. It was <br /> suggested to raise the fee. Mr. Allen will be asked for an opinion. <br /> GARDNM: Restaking was requested and was dome but well was not shown. Another <br /> fee will be required for the additional on-site. <br /> . <br /> VERNAL-POOIS: Tyree pools have been certified; one remains to be done. <br /> QUASEMT VALLEY COUNM CLUB: BTW was mowed. DEP has given a Certificate of <br /> Compliance under the superseding Order of Conditions which puts it back under <br /> the Commission's jurisdiction. It was suggested an RBA be filed. <br /> i <br /> Vim: Motion made and seconded that an RBA be filed. <br /> ENMRCEHMT ISSUES: Hurton, Bode, Proulx, Colell.a. The neighborhood will be sent <br /> a violation letter for dumping over the bark, 'There is a float on the marsh and <br /> n illegal_ retaining wall. <br />
