Mr. Sherman will. ask Mr. Vining to fund an additional four hours for Sue Brown to mail this out. . s Mrs. Fudala asked about the lock on the gate at the park land and was told they have not, yet been changed. She stated this should be done immediately. Mr. Sherman agreed the gates should be Dept locked but disagreed with the suggestion that the DPW not receive a ker. A directive about the use would be more beneficial. Mrs. Fudala asked to have Town Counsel consulted and a letter written. It was agreed to change the lock with limited distribution of the keys. The agent will consult with Town Counsel. WILLCU Bim: Peggy Fantozzi advised differences in surface cover were di� cus eA at the site with Louise Behrman and Robert Sherman. The BSC plan did not address surfacing or location of bering and they would like an Amended Order with hearing to be scheduled for next month. If not, she would have to ask for another extension. They are proposing four types of surfacing for the cart paths: sand, paving, shell,and stone, in different areas. Plan was reviewed. There are seven areas that warrant additional information; each has it's own quirk. They would like to do the paving, stones and shells as soon as- possible. Bung .will not resume until fall. Ms B hrman stated they had also discussed the fine points of grading on the south side; this will have to be fine-tuned,, Dearing for the Amended Order scheduled for August 22, from 7:45 to 8:15 p.m. AMEMED ORDER OF COMMONS: Proposed language reviewed and accepted by the Commission. VOTE: Motion rade and seconded to incorporate this language into the standard Orders of the Commission for Amended Orders. Unanimous Vote. Victoria Circle: He has been trying to enlist help in cleaning up the area but WILth the gate. closed it is difftcul t. An area 2001 x 1501 has been Braked. He asked the Commission to have the DPT transport the material which he has raked into piles out of the area. A six wheel dump truck could complete this in one day. Mr. Sherman was highl,.y in favor of the project; he questioned whether a waiver of liability would be necessary. The no trespassing sign has -been removed. It was noted the Police firing range is noir in the town dump Mr. Thompson stated at first he wanted the gate open but after seem the amount of � g d.arnage, he would be opposed to the gate remairung open. He has not had a favorable response to his sign and it has been tarn down by children.
