Conservation Cossion
August , 1991
P 6.
V Kathleen F. 'Ter io came before the Commassion. She is currently employed
s an assistant biologist at Springborn Laboratory, Inc. in Wareham providing envi cn-
ental testing concerning aquatic toxicology. When Mr. West
reapplies for this float next year, he will appeal.
Mrs, Simmons. suggested the commission send a letter that this should not be reissued
and asked if the Harbormaster should be asked to have it removed immediately.
Mr. Somerville felt, with insufficient water there, the case is rade. The Harbor-
master should be rude to understand that the appeal is to get it to a higher level..
Mr. Sherman will contact Mr. Benw y and calf.
