Conservation Commission <br /> July 12, 1990 <br /> Rage 5. <br /> They advised the Commission Mr. Miskovsky had told them he was going to get water <br /> from a hydrant at Mashpee Commons. <br /> Brian Zeppenfeld of New Se bur Co. i.s going to represent the DeLucas, on his own <br /> time, <br /> NOTE: Motion made and seconded to issue a $50.00 fine to Miskovsk . <br /> NOTED: The $300 fine outstanding to Mr. Davos Is for not responding to an <br /> enforcement order. <br /> The Commission was advised the name of the previous landscaper was Bob Churchill. <br /> Ms Behrman suggested discussing the fine with Town Counsel. It would have to be <br /> documented hardship for the Commission to reconsider the fine, <br /> Mrs. DeLuca advised they also want to move the stairs 50 .75 feet to the other side <br /> of the slope. <br /> . DeLuca stated there was a pump and well horse on the beach they hoped to rebuild. <br /> They were told to include that in the sane filing. <br /> Mr. DeLuca stated they are taking over the project and provided his address and <br /> phone number for contact purposes. <br /> ORDERS OF CONDITIONS ISSUED: Gloria ariotis; McClatchy. Altshuler; Beigel; <br /> Tirenberg; Larkin. <br /> WILLIAM SULLIVAN: Plans for the house have been changed and an amended order is <br /> requested. <br /> Ms Behnnan stated the change was substantial and going towards Ockway Bay. The <br /> plan is not adequate. <br /> It was agreed a full Notice of Intent should be filed. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to require a Notice of Intent. Request for . <br /> Amended Order refused. <br /> Al EXANDER LEVINE <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to issue a new order of Condtions. <br /> BAF'AR : Town Counsel suggested the Building Inspector put his opinion in i%rriting. <br /> A letter to Natural Heritage, in response to a letter from Michael Grot ke, was <br /> reviewed. Town Counsel did not see any legal problems, <br /> ARBDR.MMTER'S SHACK: Emergency order was ratified. <br /> 11:00 P.M. -- Motion made and seconded to go into executive session. <br /> VOTE: Mtn.on made and seconded to go into executive session, Unanimous Vote. <br /> for reasons of possible litigation f <br />
