He asked the Commission for guidelines. <br /> The flume will be replaced; there will be no digging, only clearing of brush. There <br /> is a rusted out tank in the river that will be removed. <br /> There was discussion of the promised $5,000 from Tack Sullivan for clean-up. 1t <br /> was suggested any building/occupancy permits be held pending settlement t of this <br /> debt. <br /> The banks will only be cleared of what is hanging down into the river. There are <br /> two trees at the herring run that have narrowed the river to three feet where it <br /> should be twelve feet. <br /> Ms Behrman stated that slows the water flow creating higher temperatures. <br /> Mr. Coffey asked what was required procedurally' <br /> Mr. Sherman advised there is an aquacul ur l exemption which would apply. H <br /> requested a written one -page description of what is proposed for the record. <br /> Mr. Dotter suggested a meeting with regards to the Johns Pond flume and the <br /> Wilds�River. <br /> Mr. York asked where the out brush will be disposed of and was told it will <br /> be stacked far away from the bank making a hone for other animals. , <br /> It was noted Don Born of the American Littoral.
