Conservation Commission <br /> October 11, 1990 <br /> Page 3. <br /> Mr. Desrosiers stated the Amnesty program has to be applied for before 1993, He <br /> asked if applications for unlicensed structures, are .not filed within three years, <br /> would the Commission then become involved and the cost would be substantially more? <br /> Mr, Sherman advised Chapter 91 wants the Commission to notify them of illegal <br /> structures. There wound be no enforcement on the part of the Corr ' sion. There <br /> is a two year statute of 11M*tations on wetlands violations- in Mashpee. <br /> Ms Larmik advised.Chapter 91 does not have a statute of l.`Cations. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the Comndssion needs to see that everyone is treated fairly. <br /> Mr. Coffey stated, if going to be sliffilar with state boating requirements, this <br /> should be delayed.
