Brian Zeppenfeld, project engineer, presented abutter receipts. They are requesting to install a fence and to provide two walkovers providing access to the beach. People walking along the beach have rade a trail along the center of the dune. There have been breaches in three locations at high tide; they have lost some of the fairway. Mr, Sherman agreed with the need for this and asked to see details on the walkovers. Ids Behrn asked if they were to be seasonally removed and was told they would not. She suggested they be elevated. Mrs. Simmons asked the amount of grass to be planted and if this was stated in the Notice. It is not. They propose to put the fence in lime with the grass to accrete sand. Mr. Zeppenfeld stated he did not take dimensions. He further stated he did not see any problem with elevating the walkways in the same location.
