' Conservation commission <br /> January 11 , 1990 <br /> Page 5. <br /> MINUTES: <br /> December 14, 1989 corrections <br /> Page 9: Sarakumrit - 1989 should read 1987. <br /> Page 11 : South cape Beach -- should read "pipes if more than 3 inches, <br /> Chapter 91 kicks in". <br /> December 8: <br /> Commissioners Present: Elizabeth Perry should be Terry. <br /> VOTE: Motion rude and seconded to accept the minutes of December 14, 1989 and <br /> December 28, 1989 as amended. <br /> APPLICANTS: <br /> Duncan York stated' he has a degree in aquatic biology and fisheries <br /> management from the University of Fontana. He is currently employed as <br /> biological technician doing toxicology testing and fish studies. <br /> Dan Homeyor stated he lived on Monomoscoy Island i n 1964--1966 and returned <br /> last year. He is concerned with water quality. He stated he would be pleased <br /> to serve as ars associate if not appointed to full member. <br /> The Chairman thanked them for their interest and applications, It was noted the <br /> a h pee River Woodlands Committee and John's Pond Park Committee are in need o <br /> members also. <br /> P l ELEo: No one had appeared for the hearing. <br /> Mr. Halpern made a motion to continue the hearing. <br /> Mr. Sherman read from the regulations and stated the Engineer agreed to this <br /> continuation and had not notified the Commission of any intent not to attend. <br /> Mr. Halpern withdrew his motion. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to deny without prejudice. <br /> There bei rig no further business to come before the Commission, <br /> VOTE: Motion rude and seconded to adjourn. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 9:30 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> r <br /> kA� <br /> Diana M.
